The Capital Ring – Stages 12 and 13: Highgate to Hackney Wick

The Capital Ring Walk is a circular route around London that is divided into 15 easy-to-walk sections between Woolwich and Becton District Park. Overall, the Capital Ring covers 78 miles of open space, nature reserves and more.

This winter we will be walking the first five sections as part of our WI Winter Walks. Members, family and friends can join us for all the stages or drop in on individual walks as they prefer.

Stage 13 of the Capital Ring Walk takes us from Stoke Newington to Hackney Wick. Along the way we will see the River Lea, Springfield Park, Walthamstow Marsh and Hackney Marshes.
